This Privacy Notice for Zolte LLC (doing business as Pangnosis) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how and why we access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you use our services (“Services”), including when you visit our website at https://pangnosis.io, use Pangnosis (which watches your inbox, spots emails you forgot to follow up on, and drafts replies for you), or engage with us in other related ways.

We collect personal information you provide to us, such as names, email addresses, job titles, usernames, passwords, contact/authentication data, billing addresses, and payment card numbers. Payment data is handled by Stripe (privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy) — we don't store full card numbers ourselves. We also automatically collect device and usage data (IP address, browser type, operating system) via cookies and similar technologies.
Google API: Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy).
We process your information to provide and improve our Services, communicate with you, respond to inquiries, manage orders/subscriptions, request feedback, evaluate usage trends, and comply with legal obligations.

Yes. Pangnosis is powered by AI/machine learning technologies, including Anthropic's Claude API, which we use to draft follow-up email suggestions based on your inbox activity. Your input and output data may be processed by Anthropic as part of this feature.
If you register or log in using Google, we receive certain profile information from Google (such as your name and email address) to create and manage your account.
We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide our Services, unless a longer period is required by law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational security measures, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
No. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. Contact zach@pangnosis.io if you believe we have.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Contact zach@pangnosis.io to exercise these rights.
We do not currently respond to browser Do-Not-Track signals, as no uniform standard exists yet.
